Our 15th well was completed in November 2018, and is serving the community just as it should. The well is at Fednand and Joseph’s home and is projected to serve hundreds of families in their remote village that highly depends on ground flowing water from springs and streams.
This well, the only in the entire village, is flowing with clean safe water for drinking and domestic use, a luxury that most of the village population only dream of. The clean water well will go a long way in alleviating women’s long distance treks in search of water and the gruesome ineffective hustle of boiling gallons of water just to sterilize it. Also it will help reduce largely the notorious waterborne diseases causing pathogens and parasites from the community and so much more great impacts.
