Lydia is in the 11th grade for the 2017 school year at Shikomari Secondary School.
Lydia is a total orphan. She and her sister, Elizabeth live with their Uncle Henry Juma. Without our sponsorship program, she and her sister would be in an orphanage. Living in a mud hut with their Uncle and his family. Lydia has grown up in our sponsorship program. Just like her sister, she’s thankful for the opportunity to continue her education and has big dreams and goals for herself. She wants to make the most of this privilege she’s been given.
