We visited Emmanuel O. at Bright Star Academy. Emmanuel is in grade 6 and his rate of academic improvement is impressive. He has grown from nothing to being able to connect words and construct English sentences. Teachers are so proud of him and would always love to be associated with him. Keep up the good work Emmanuel!

september 20, 2018 school visit
We visited Ituti Primary School and met Emmanuel Olunga. We found him healthy and active in school. His teacher informed us of his gradual improvement that can't be neglected. He is in grade 5 and works tirelessly to get promoted to grade 6.
Emmanuel was position 4 in a class of 10 with a total of 231 marks out of 500. Even though this was below average, he assured us of doing better. He walks a distance of about 2 kilometers to school every day.

2017 UPDATE
Emmanuel is in the 5th grade for the 2017 school year at Ituti primary school. Emmanuel is a total orphan and stays with Stephen Makachia, a pastor at Ituti Cornerstone church.
After his parents died there was a tussle as to who would take care of him. However, pastor Stephen, his aunt’s husband, took him in and ever since he has been under their care.
He is keen child, especially on cleanliness, and this always keeps him off dirt game zones.
